Staff Wellbeing and Workload

All staff working in education have a make a huge impact on society, The quality of education has a clear relationship with the wellbeing of school staff, which in turn affects children and young people's lives. At Minster-in- Sheppey Primary School, our staff are our most important resource and all are valued, supported and encouraged to develop personally and professionally within a caring, purposeful learning community.

Staff wellbeing and workload are a core priority for our school leaders and Trust. These areas are constantly reviewed and adapted to improve work/life balance and ensure we create a positive working culture.

 

 

 

An annual staff Wellbeing Survey is undertaken the results are then shared and discussed with staff. Following this a staff action plan is developed for the coming academic year.
