MINSTER LEARNING MUSCLES

At Minster we have a unified vision of what makes a good learner/successful learning. As a staff we have created our own learning muscles and these are displayed in each classroom. These muscles are unique to our school and therefore more meaningful to our community.

We will refer to ‘Growth Mindset and our learning muscles across the curriculum.

Weekly certificates are awarded during assemblies to acknowledge and celebrate pupils who have demonstrated these learning dispositions.
