Reception Baseline Assessment
Dear Parents,
There are new statutory guidelines that have come into play for our 4 and 5 year olds as they enter our Foundation Stage.
These online assessments will take place alongside your child’s class teacher in the first term of school. The interactive, fun, practical assessment will assess each child’s early literacy, communication and language and mathematical skills as they begin their school life.
The specific time spent with class teachers will greatly benefit the developing relationships between adult and child as well as providing the teachers with an understanding of how learning would be best designed for their class.
