What is Mastery?
At Minster we are committed to continually looking to improve and strive to support our staff to also 'be the best we can be'! One of the ways we do this is by being an active participant in the Kent and Medway Maths Hub who offer a broad range of research activities to ensure that we are at the forefront of educational theory and maths teaching.
Our journey to introduce and embed the mastery teaching approach was a great example of this partnership and has led to real change in our school; further improving the quality of education on offer to our Minster family!
